I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Economics at the Pennsylvania State University.

To remember/pronounce my name: ``far charm."

In my Job Market Paper, I study the effect of a policy that incentivizes U.S. charter schools to improve academic performance with expansion eligibility. I develop and estimate a dynamic model that highlights both the (costly) adjustment of schools' capacity and their  "effort'' to improve quality, as well as their dynamic response to competitive pressure.

Fields of Interest: Industrial Organization, Public Economics, Applied Micro
